Type 10/10H Clamped Style Replaceable Diaphragm Standard & Elevated Pressure Diaphragm Seal |
| NOSHOK Type 10 and 10H, Standard and Elevated Pressure Diaphragm Seals are designed for applications that require isolating the measuring instrument from the corrosive, viscous or contaminated process media with a pressure rating up to 20,000 psi. The Type 10 and 10H utilize a field replaceable diaphragm clamped between the flanged housings with an o-ring seal to create a leak free union. Upper housing material is available in carbon steel and 316SS material. The lower housing is offered in a variety of metallic materials with threaded process connections from 1/4 inch NPT to 1 1/2 inch NPT sizes. A flushing port connection is an available option that allows the wetted areas of the seal to be cleaned or the process to be vented without removing the unit from the line. | ||

Type 10L Clamped Style Replaceable Diaphragm High Volumetric Displacement Diaphragm Seal |
NOSHOK Type 10L Low Pressure Diaphragm Seals are designed to isolate the pressure measuring instrument from the process media in lower pressure applications requiring a large diaphragm surface area with high displacement capability. The field replaceable diaphragm is available in all metallic or elastomer materials and is clamped between two o-rings and the upper and lower housing creating a leak free union. The upper housing material is available in carbon steel and 316SS while the lower housing is only available in non-metallic materials. The threaded connections are 1/4 inch NPT through 1 1/2 inch NPT sizes. Flushing connections are not available due to the strength of the lower housing material.

Type 12 Sanitary Ladish “Tri-Clamp” Sanitary Seal |
The NOSHOK Type 12 Ladish “Tri-Clamp” Sanitary Seal is designed for applications within the food & beverage, pharmaceutical and sanitary market where a flush mount diaphragm and all welded construction are required. The upper housing and wetted parts are constructed of 316SS and fit process connection pipes from 1 1/2 inch through 3 inch sizes. Installation and removal of the seal system is simplified through the use of a connecting clamp, which also determines the maximum pressure rating for the seal. Fluid displacement is determined by the diameter of the diaphragm and the process pipe size that the seal can accommodate.

Type 20 Front Flush Front Flush Diaphragm Seal |
NOSHOK Type 20 Front Flush Style Diaphragm Seal is designed for applications requiring an NPT male threaded process connection and with a flush diaphragm. The flush diaphragm prevents clogging and process material build-up within a threaded cavity found in typical female NPT seals. The Type 20 isolates the measuring instrument from the process media and is pressure rated to 4300 psi. The housing and diaphragm material are constructed from 316SS for greater strength and durability.

Type 25/25H All Welded Miniature Standard & Elevated Pressure Diaphragm Seal |
NOSHOK Type 25 and 25H, Standard and Elevated Pressure All Welded Diaphragm Seals are designed to isolate the measuring instrument from the corrosive or viscous process media that may clog the instruments pressure port. The all welded diaphragm and housing materials are offered in various metallic forms to suit most application needs. The standard pressure seal is rated to 2500 psi maximum and elevated pressure models are rated to 5000 psi. Both units have a limited displacement capability of 0.02 cubic inches with a 1.4 inch diameter diaphragm. Due to the displacement constraint this diaphragm seal is generally restricted to gauges with dial sizes of 2 1/2 inches & smaller and pressure ranges no less than 100 psig. A flushing port is an available option, which allows the user to clean the wetted areas and vent the process line without removing the seal.
