Brandon Guse leads NOSHOK’s business development strategy, driving new partnerships and customer initiatives that expand market presence and strengthen long-term relationships across key industrial segments.

With more than 25 years of experience in strategic sales leadership and OEM/channel development, he leads NOSHOK’s growth-focused business development strategy, national partnerships, and customer initiatives that support key industrial segments and long-term stakeholder value.​​

Throughout his career, Brandon has built and transformed sales organizations, expanded national accounts, and developed scalable go-to-market strategies that align innovative products with customer needs across manufacturing, distribution, and industrial OEM markets.

Brandon holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and he is an AIA-certified presenter.

Based in Rochester, Michigan, he lives in the Greater Detroit area with his wife, Kristina, and their daughter, Ainsley, and enjoys golf, leadership development, continuous learning, and mentoring future sales professionals.
