Jeff N. Scott Mr. Scott joined NOSHOK in 1974 and has been instrumentally involved in every area of the business since that time, holding a variety positions including operations management & product development, sales management, and general management. Following his appointment as President of NOSHOK in 1981, the company has achieved 38 years of record sales growth. Mr. Scott is an active member of ISA, an Ohio Commodore, and a member of the Northern Ohio DEC, as well as a former board member and officer of FCI. Mr. Scott studied at Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland State University, as well as participating in Executive Certificate Programs at MSOE, Texas A& M and Case Western Reserve University. He currently resides in the Cleveland area with his wife, Lynne. |
Christian F.L. Cole Mr. Cole’s future career at NOSHOK began with him cleaning and painting the warehouse floor, folding product boxes and installing gauge accessories each day after grade school. After 12 years of part-time work in virtually every aspect of the business, Mr. Cole joined NOSHOK full-time in 1993 and was promoted to Vice President in 1994. Duties and responsibilities increased over the years for Mr. Cole as he held positions in Shipping & Receiving, Production, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Customer Support, Quality Assurance and Operations Management. Alongside Mr. Scott as his mentor, Mr. Cole has helped achieve 12 additional years of record sales growth to an already impressive 40 years of records. Mr. Cole’s educational background includes five years at Howe Military School where he earned the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, led from the front as the Battalion Commander and graduated at the top of his class. He was the recipient of the Superior Junior Cadet Decoration Award, the ROTC General Military Excellence Award, the Bishop Gray Saber Award for Outstanding Achievement, and under his leadership, the Department of the Army granted Howe Military School its highest military rating in a 106 year history. Mr. Cole studied four years at Baldwin-Wallace University, participated in an Executive Program at Texas A&M University and completed a Quality Program with PE Handley-Walker. He currently resides in the Cleveland area with his wife, Danielle, and two children Chandler and Daphne. |
Jeffrey S. Mendrala, CPA, CVA Mr. Mendrala joined NOSHOK in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer/Business Development. Mr. Mendrala is responsible for NOSHOK Inc.'s global financial operations, corporate strategy, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining NOSHOK, Mr. Mendrala held senior financial management positions in manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries. Mr. Mendrala received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Akron and his Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. |
