Kellan, a seasoned AI and machine learning professional, drives NOSHOK’s commitment to leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for optimized processes, enhanced operational efficiency, and superior customer experiences.

Kellan leads NOSHOK’s initiative to move toward using foresight and predictive analytics to anticipate demand, better understand the voice of the customer and maximize efficiencies. The foresight and actionable insights enable NOSHOK to predict and adapt to changing trends and external variables. Our AI enabled efficiencies lead to better customer engagement and satisfaction by being able to maintain the best pricing, products, and support to our partners. 

With nearly 20 years of experience in advanced analytics, Kellan brings a wealth of expertise in utilizing machine learning, natural language processing, and AI technologies to create strategic and operational advantages. As an industry thought leader, Kellan specializes in advanced forecasting, text analytics, and predictive modeling. His unique insights have enabled substantial innovations for leading financial, retail, and technology companies. In his career, Kellan has developed groundbreaking AI solutions for a variety of sectors, having previously held senior data science and analytics roles at Huntington National Bank, IBM, Safelite Autoglass, L Brands, PC Mall, and Abercrombie & Fitch. His entrepreneurial spirit and drive for innovation will further NOSHOK’s dedication to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

Kellan’s journey began at Ohio State University, where he completed a degree in Operations Management in less than three years, setting the stage for his distinguished career in AI and data analytics.

He currently resides in the Columbus, Ohio area with his wife, Lauren, and four children Arlo, Brighton, Vera, and Elle.
